About Doorman is God
The Doorman is God community is a collection of gamers who enjoy playing together. For this reason, we host servers for a variety of games. We are a community that has survived for over four years, and plan to continue gaming together in the future. While we primarily host from the United States, we are a community with members worldwide!
DiG is primarily a first person gaming community, which started with Battlefield 2142. From there we branched into Call of Duty and Source games, while keeping true to our Battlefield roots. However, within our diverse community, we still support playing a wide range of games even if we don't have servers for them. There are those of us that love first person shooters and would never leave them, but we've grown to have groups that enjoy strategy, racing, and adventure gaming. Being in a community means you are rarely alone, and always have someone to play with.
In addition to gaming we host events. Raffles, tournaments, web cam parties, and donation drives are among our regular events. Note that we do not require donation to be a member of this clan, but they do help offset the costs of providing a gaming experience that we can all be a part of. The donation of time and the use of what we provide, as well as keeping them populated and supported, is equally important.
We are a community built upon rules. While the hierarchy does not impose on general play, there is an internal system of ranks that determines responsibility and authority. Most, if not all, of the rules are common sense, but our admins provide support for those cases that are not. The admins also strive to keep the servers a safe environment that people can enjoy. We have a list of dedicated admins
Our clan has survived numerous years, and with that we have gained some wealth of experience and culture. Many different people and viewpoints combine to make our collective whole, and this richness of diversity provides for an interesting gaming experience across our servers. Backed by staff that works to provide new gaming experiences and fix the old ones, we are an ever changing community that wants to have fun and play together.
